Thank you!
We've received your request and will be in touch within one business day.
How to start, what it costs, what is included, and what happens after thirty days.
Two ways, depending on how you like to buy. You can start it yourself at app.ppm.express and sign in with Microsoft 365, Google, Okta or an email address — the trial licence is applied automatically, so you are inside the product in a couple of minutes. Or, if you would rather see it driven by someone who knows it before you commit your own time, request a call from this page and we will walk you through it against your scenario first.
No. No credit card is required for any PPM Express trial. Nothing is charged, and nothing auto-converts to a paid plan when the trial ends — if you decide not to continue, you do nothing and nothing happens.
Thirty days. If your evaluation needs longer — and enterprise evaluations often do, because the people who need to look at it are in other meetings — contact our Sales team and we will look at extending it. We would rather you tested the product properly than rushed a decision to fit our clock.
The trial runs on the Enterprise plan, so you are evaluating the real product rather than a cut-down demo version. If something you specifically need to test sits in the Ultra plan, you can switch your trial over from the Billing page or by asking us — worth doing early rather than discovering the gap in week three.
As many as you want. Users and team members are unlimited during the trial, exactly as they are on a paid plan. That matters more than it sounds: PPM Express is priced without a per-seat component, so a trial that limited you to five people would be testing something you would never actually buy.
Nothing is deleted. You get a seven-day grace period, after which the administrator can still reach the Billing page while other users lose access until a plan is purchased. Your data stays where it is, so if a decision takes longer than expected you have not lost the configuration work you did during the evaluation.
Yes. Purchasing restores access to the tenant you have been working in, so the projects you connected, the portfolios you built and the configuration you set up during the trial are still there. You are not starting again on day one of the subscription.
Usually not. PPM Express does not require Global Administrator consent to be installed. If your organization enforces admin consent for all third-party applications — many enterprises do — then consent is needed once, before the first sign-up, and not again after that.
Yes, and you should — connecting a real delivery system is the fastest way to find out whether PPM Express fits how your organization actually works. Bring in one or two live projects rather than test data. A portfolio view built from real, current delivery data tells you far more in a week than a sandbox will in a month.
