How the calculator works, what it includes, and what it cannot tell you.
Does the price change as we add users?
No. PPM Express Enterprise is $8,000 a year and Enterprise Ultra is $25,000 a year, both with unlimited users and unlimited guests. That is the whole point of the calculator: the saving grows as your user count does, because our side of the line stays flat while a per-seat vendor's does not.
What is the calculator actually comparing?
Your modelled user count against per-seat list prices published by other vendors, multiplied out to an annual figure. It is list arithmetic, not a quote from those vendors, and it excludes discounts, add-ons, implementation and support on both sides.
Which plan should we be modelling?
Model Enterprise at $8,000 unless you already know you need Ultra. Enterprise is the full product, not a reduced one: project, program and portfolio management, resource planning and utilization with unlimited resources, financials and benefit realization with cost and rate tables, innovation and ideation, roadmaps, OKRs and strategy, unlimited time tracking, the 200+ Power BI report pack, AI project status reports and all integrations, with unlimited users and guests. Ultra, at $25,000, runs the same capabilities and is built for large enterprises and public companies whose security, support and contractual requirements go beyond a standard subscription. Choose by the assurances your organization needs, not by hunting for a feature Enterprise is missing.
Is there a minimum commitment or a per-user minimum?
No per-user minimum, because there is no per-user price. Both plans are annual. We do not currently offer a monthly subscription for the Enterprise plan.
Do the savings figures include implementation?
No. The calculator compares licence cost only. Implementation, migration, training and any professional services are excluded on both sides, because they depend on your estate rather than your headcount.
