Do You Offer Monthly Subscriptions for Enterprise plan?
At this time, we do not offer a monthly subscription for the Enterprise plan.
How Long Is The Trial Period?
The trial period is 30 days. If you need more time to test PPM Express, please contact our Sales Team.
Are There Licenses For View-Only Access For External Users (I.E. Clients, Partners)?
PPM Express comes with unlimited users. You can provide licenses to your clients and partners.
Does PPM Express Offer Discounts For Non-Profits?
Non-profit organizations receive all products at a 50% discount for Enterprise and Ultra Plans. There is no discount for PPM Express Once. Please contact our Sales Team for a special terms.
Does PPM Express Subscription Include PPM Express Time?
Yes, PPM Express subscription includes Unlimited PPM Express Time-Tracking.
I Need To Change The Number The Users In My Projects Subscription. How Can I Do That?
PPM Express comes with unlimited users but you can add or remove users to your tenant anytime.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all types of credit cards and wire transfers/bank transfers if your organization requires a formal sales order/invoice before making a purchase. PPM Express Once is available as credit card online purchase only.
Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?
We do charge sales tax in the State of Washington. There is no sales tax for other countries and other states.
How Do I Switch Between Subscription Plans?
If you are our existing customer willing to switch or upgrade your subscription, please contact out Customer Success team at customersuccess@ppm.express.
Is It Possible To Switch Plans If I Already Paid An Annual Fee?
If you decide to switch from the Enterprise Annual plan to Monthly or change your plan to the Ultra before the renewal date, the remainder will be credited to your account.
How Do I Cancel My PPM Express Subscription Or Trial?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Billing section. Please note that the refund for unused subscription time is not provided if you cancel after 30 days.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
In case you are not happy, we offer non-question-asked, free cancelation and a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Reporting In PPM Express
To use reports in PPM Express you can use your Microsoft Power BI license. If you do not have license – please contact us and we can provide access to preview of reporting package, connected to your data in PPM Express.
