A rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with over 600 employees, operating in a dynamic and innovative-driven environment. With multiple agile development squads and a centralized Project Management Office (PMO), the organization prioritizes continuous improvement and speed to market. We faced a significant disconnect between our high-level business strategy and the work carried out by development teams. Although strategic objectives (OKRs) were documented in slide decks, there was no clear visibility into how those goals translated into the epics and stories being executed in Jira.
