Codeless team uses their proprietary software Slim Software Rebuild to reduce significantly the transition period for software modernization, nearly eliminate all the related risks, improve performance and the UI while keeping the familiar navigation, and save cost on support and maintenance of the outdated software.

Codeless has a separate PMO business unit which includes the head of the department and 5 project managers handling Scrum teams of 5-8 consultants and engineers all working in Azure DevOps. Most of the company’s projects are long-term engagements consisting of several big stages, including the rebuild stage, cloud deployment, security and performance assessment, and functionality improvement.

As a service company, Codeless is ought to provide regular reports to its clients which for a long time had to be handcrafted in Excel spreadsheets.
