Thank you!
We've received your request and will be in touch within one business day.
No DIY sandbox. We work through your pains, establish whether PPM Express is a fit, build the value and impact case with you, and only then run a managed pilot on the full Enterprise plan.
A 15-30 minute call on the outcomes you are accountable for, the decisions you need to make faster, and what success would look like a year from now.
A personalized demo and Q&A against your scenario, your tools and your governance — and a straight answer if it is not a fit.
We build the case with you: what changes, what it is worth, and what the effort and risk of getting there look like — in a form your committee can read.
A 30-day pilot on the full Enterprise plan, scoped to agreed success criteria, with our team connecting your real delivery data and onboarding your people.

"Our digital transformation needed coordination across banking, insurance, and wealth management divisions. PPM Express gave us unified portfolio management that reduced regulatory compliance costs by 25% while improving customer digital adoption by 40%."
How the evaluation runs, what a managed pilot includes, and what happens after it.
With a 15-30 minute discovery call, not a sign-up form. We want to understand the pains you are solving, who is accountable, and what your governance and tooling look like before anyone touches the product. A personalized demo against that scenario follows, then the value and impact case, and a managed pilot only once we both think it is a fit. Enterprise evaluations fail far more often from a product nobody framed properly than from a product nobody could log into.
No. No credit card is required, nothing is charged, and nothing auto-converts to a paid plan when the pilot ends — if you decide not to continue, you do nothing and nothing happens.
Thirty days. If your evaluation needs longer — and enterprise evaluations often do, because the people who need to look at it are in other meetings — contact our Sales team and we will look at extending it. We would rather you tested the product properly than rushed a decision to fit our clock.
The pilot runs on the Enterprise plan, so you are evaluating the real product rather than a cut-down demo version, with our team scoping it against the success criteria you agreed in the value case. If something you specifically need to test sits in the Ultra plan, you can switch the pilot over from the Billing page or by asking us — worth doing early rather than discovering the gap in week three.
As many as you want. Users and team members are unlimited during the pilot, exactly as they are on a paid plan. That matters more than it sounds: PPM Express is priced without a per-seat component, so a pilot that limited you to five people would be testing something you would never actually buy.
Nothing is deleted. You get a seven-day grace period, after which the administrator can still reach the Billing page while other users lose access until a plan is purchased. Your data stays where it is, so if a decision takes longer than expected you have not lost the configuration work you did during the evaluation.
Yes. Purchasing restores access to the tenant you have been working in, so the projects you connected, the portfolios you built and the configuration you set up during the pilot are still there. You are not starting again on day one of the subscription.
Usually not. PPM Express does not require Global Administrator consent to be installed. If your organization enforces admin consent for all third-party applications — many enterprises do — then consent is needed once, before the first sign-up, and not again after that.
Yes, and you should — connecting a real delivery system is the fastest way to find out whether PPM Express fits how your organization actually works. Bring in one or two live projects rather than test data. A portfolio view built from real, current delivery data tells you far more in a week than a sandbox will in a month.
A pilot starts only once we both agree it is a fit. General questions: sales@ppm.express · +1 855 358-3688
